For any orders below $50.00, there is a flat rate of $2.95 for anywhere in the U.S. We send it via U.S. Postal Service first class with signature confirmation required. If customer should wish to ship via UPS, there is a flat rat of $7.95, no matter what dollar amount is spent and to anywhere in the U.S. Return and Exchange PolicyAt silverjewelrydesignerspecials.com, we want you to be happy with your purchases. We only sell quality .925 silver and gemstone jewelry. We do understand, however, that you may not like what you ordered for some reason. You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days provided: 1. the jewelry is in its original packaging 2. the original invoice is attached. 3. the jewelry does not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
